Style Forecast: Rain Gear

I'm not sure I've ever seen it rain much harder than it did today!  It's a little bit chilly, and in my opinion, this makes for perfect trench coat weather. So today, instead of doing something constructive, like laundry or the dishes, I'm shopping for spring rain gear.
